The EventScripts Mobile application serves as the official iOS companion to the well-established EventScripts software for OS X.

With EventScripts and EventScript Mobile, users can execute any AppleScript or shell script on their Mac remotely from an iPad, iPod, or iPhone connected to the same Bonjour network.

EventScripts Mobile employs Bonjour for automatic discovery of EventScripts servers, eliminating the need for manual configuration. Users simply select the desired scripts within EventScripts on their Mac, which then become accessible via the mobile app.

The application also offers optional password protection, ensuring that only authorized users can trigger scripts remotely.

To operate EventScripts Mobile, the desktop application EventScripts version 1.05 or higher must be installed on the Mac.
